Bosses..
Thursday, June 22nd, 2006…makes you wonder all the time. I wonder how they operate?
Yours truly, unfortunately, had chosen to transfer from a department of one ____ (fill in the blank yourselves) boss to a department where all members operate under two bosses, differentiate by project and working group.
So two bosses, are they hard to manage? I try not to think that way. 
From my observation, they do not acknowledge each other, which makes me have to work more in my communication department, which is good in a way. For time being that’s what I could see, maybe there’s more in them that I have not seen. I hope it’s more of good things that I could see in the future, if not, I’ll be grumbling all over in this blog.
One funny thing though, I found them both very humble, I mean really humble. When they speak to me, they don’t act as they are my boss. They always say the other boss is my boss.
Boss 1: Your boss is telling me..
Me: My boss?
Boss 1: Yes, your other boss.
Me: Oh..ok.
Boss 2: Please tell your boss that..
Me: My boss?
Boss 1: Yes, your other boss.
Me: Oh..ok.
See how humble they are..:P
